What this means, is that all services are either paid for with our own personal money, or provided by considerate friends... if you'd like to help us, we're always on the look out for the following:
* non-banner/popup hosts for mirrors (we're especially in need of non-US mirrors)
* Shells (with eggdrop ability preferrably)
* Friends (non-members) interested in helping us meet the needs of today's technology demands (e.g. donated hardware, sites, etc.)
Now, on to memberships: The Immortal Descendants are always on the look-out for talented individuals to join us, to make our "Database" grow! Your work must be for us, original, and previously unpublished (for another group anyway).
We are MOST interested in receiving contributions in the following areas, but we are open to many things... give it a shot!
* Reverse Code Engineering
* Programming (any language)
* Scripting (Tcl, Perl, etc.)
* Internet Technology (Java, Javascript, PERL/CGI, etc.)
* Networking (setup, usage, systems, security, etc.)
* System security and exploits
* Operating systems (programming, undocumented features, security, exploits, etc.)
* "Real Life" applications (electronics, hardware, etc.)
We are NOT currently looking for people who are completely new to a scene listed above, and will no longer accept completely newbie-geared essays and such. Some may view this as egotistical, but it's the way it has to be, to continue to move to the next level, and provide you with cutting-edge work.
If you are skilled in any of the previous areas, and wish to contribute, we would like to speak with you about a membership! your contributions can come in the form of essays, tutorials, technical documents, programs, scripts, etc.
If you want to contribute something NOT listed here, or would like to become a member based on different skills, send us an E-Mail. We will review, and consider ALL applicants for membership.
