i dumped using ege 2007 but i am unable to convert bin file to .dng file.when i trying to convert it is long time to convert .still it is showing that solving but it is not compleating the process even 6 hours also.i attached dump file here.

as you can see, HLcode data isabsent in your file and is filled with zero, that's why Edge tool fails to calculate seeds and create DNG file for you.. for solution you can dump your dongle with sporaw's dumper and post here so I can create dng file manually for you.

I have .dmp from HASPHL2007 obtained from my dongle.
The dongle is HASPHL max (green one) by Aladdin.
The two pw are 795F 1F82.
Is it possible that, each time I do the dump,the length of the dump is never the same?
Edge tools says always "wrong file size".
I see that you and others have a way to create .DNG from .DMP: how can do it? which sw do u use?

I was told recently (ironically) that Edge HASPHL2007 does not support HASP HL, but that the HL stands for Hardlock.

BTW, you are supposed to keep your Rapidshare delete link private, it is for you to delete the file when it is finished with. As the dump is no longer available I guess some joker has clicked on your delete link :(

You're missing the point - the EDGE HASPHL emulator does not support the HASP HL. I find it hard to believe too, but that's what the hasp people here say.

well, Git..you're right; the released version dos not support HASP_HL and this was because their dumper(2007) is abit buggy about HaspHL, in fact you cannot distinguish between h4 and HL dumps, the dump structure is the same for both, one can just look at memory dump and decide if it is h4 or HL...

if I get some time, I'll check their 2008 version ans see if they have fixed it..

1) dump with hl-dump

if u are able to get the *.bin file, its fine...
point the edge tool to this *.bin file, when asked for dump (*.dmp) file.
if not recognised, just type in the name of *.bin file.
then the name u want for *.dng file below..

thats it!!!

make sure u r using HASPHL2007 and ur *.bin file has the file size of 8400 BYTES, (see properties of the file..)

if u still have problem with converting to *.dng file, upload it in the forum..

I am also using a hardlock dongle. Got the dump using Sporaw's dumper. The fst file was also created using mylock_builder. I have put mylock.fst file in HL_DUMP folder. After running install.bat it says that "The emulator was installed" . But, when I try running the protected software it gives me the following error " Error 1005 : Hardlock API error code 0". Can you please advise me what to do??? Thanks

... you have to put your fst file in hl_emul folder .. and register your *reg file... than install.bat

Sorry for jumping in on this but is there a way to convert a dumped bin file into a dng for the sentinel. Dumper.exe produced this from an old dongle I had (no longer got) and need to get it to work for SENTEMUL2007. This bin was normally sent away for a trial dng file..

Any help appreciated, tried to load via dump tan in emulator but fails to be seen..

Even when I used Edge and had a .dng file, the HASPL2008 gave an error of "expiried .dng file, contact..." when I tried to load the dump file. So I changed to use sp0raw dumping tool. I get a .dat, .reg file mylock.fst file. Still I do not know how to use such a tool (install.bat hardlock.sys) to make an emulator.
(just put them together in a folder and run install.bat? no need code modification?)
I mean how can install.bat incorporate the .dat or .reg? since if I do so, the .bat file, as its command shows, just copies and replaces the file hardlock.sys (678 KB of Aladin for Hardlock) with the hardlock.sys (24kB, by Safe-key), it makes no refletion of my dump files (.dat, .reg and .fst)

Could any of you give me an explanation of how to do this final step and if it successes, what change would happen when the emulator can works fine?

Hi Everyone,

I am using a s/w which is dated around year 1990. The dongle protection being using is either HASP 3 or 4 - I am not very sure. The LPT dongle is white in colour & has hasp written on it. I have manged to emulate it using Glasha's HASPEmulPE-XP_2_33_a002W.EXE & it works without any problem.

I have tried emulating it using hasphl2007 & using edge's tool to convert dump to dng. But the s/w does not work. Can somebody guide me in emulating it using hasphl2007 or making VBUS ?

Hasp tab is for HASP up to v4 (also hasphl in hasp4 mode). Just dump the key with HASPHL2007 and convrt .dmp to dng with edge solver.

I have managed to dump it with sp0raw's and HASPHL2007.
Now the problem is that EDGE'S tool does not convert the dump to .DNG (it hangs on "solving..."), and with sp0raw's dumps i had no luck also.
Now before you flame me i "google it" and i tried reading similar problems in the forum, but i only managed to get a pain in my brain...lol...
Can anyone please helpme?

My Dongle is broken, it won't work no more. Fortunately I dumped it appr one year ago. Now I got the problem that I can not use it because it is a .bin file. Maybe someone can convert it for me into a .dng? I would appreciate this.

I have a problem with dmp file,i have dumepd my dongle with SentinelDumper.exe and i reached a (Sentinel2003_9C4C_0.dmp) file,but i can not convert this file to dng file with EDGE tool!also i have two dng file, one of that is trial version and another is dng file which created with edge tools but second file dose not work!could you please help me!!

Hi, i have the same problem of sweafa. I have a dongle Fast E-Y-E I have done the dump by HASPHL5009 and i have a file *.bin but i can't convert in *.dng.

I tried with EDGE but:
ASPE tab doesn't find the file
ASPE HL tab tell me filesize is wrong (8464k)

can someone help me?.... pleeesee

And why did you dump with HASPHL2009 if you dont want pay neobit for their solution? And if you want simply send the dump to them and they will make working file for HASPHL2009.

Nobody can help you for free with Hasphl2008 files. If you *must* use DNG format, then dump with hasphl2007 and use the EDGE tools and licgen.

More sensible would be to dump with sp0raw dumpoer or similar and go for vusbbus solution.

Thanks Git, i have tried with hasphl2007 and i have used edge tools. Now i've converted my.bin files in .dng. It works well!!!
Before, with hasphl2008, the conversion made a .dng file of 0kb without information. Thank you very much.

Now i must dump a lpt dongle, a Sentinel Scribe, but edgespro11 don't find the hardware key. Have you an idea for my new problem?:p
