decompiling file ( Joy!peffpwpc )

Dear all,
I was asking if it is possible to decompile a file that starts with Joy!peffpwpc ......I do believe it was done using Joy scripting and Preferred Executable Format.

I have no experience in that actually. I hope you can help me

I tried using IDA and it seems that it did a good job ....all functions rames are clear..........the extension however is peff and not elf...how can I let this be decompiled using Rec studio or boomerang.......I really appreciate your help
