Default Can't deobfuscator a file with de4dot

Hi.
I'm using the newest version (1.6.0), and when I try and deobfuscate my file, I get the following message:

Detecting Unknown Obfuscator (path name...)
Ignoring assembly with native code "path name..."

Could someone look @ the dll file and see if they can make any sense of it please?

I have looked @ the dll using Protection ID, and it says:
[CompilerDetect] -> .NET

Any help would be great!
I've attached the file and an image of what de4dot said (I had to be quick with the screen shot as the CMD window quickly disappeared after that message had been displayed)

Update:
I ran the dll through DNiD and it came back with this result:
Strong Name: TRUE
Valid Assembly: TRUE
Is IL only: False
Has EntryPoint: False
Runtime major: 2
Runtime minor: 0

ElecKey -> Sciensoft Research
115ms

Does this help anyone?

It is not obfuscated, so - there is nothing to deobfuscate.

What about the result that DNiD came back with regarding ElecKey?
