need help with crypto obfuscator

I've got a target protected by crypto obfuscator 5.x. I've never tried to crack such protection, but got some good experience with other protections. Whenever I save changes I've made either by reflexil or sae the target won't run, it is the same even if I don't make any changes just save the file.

Maybe target has a native image on your HD ?

delete that native image to force loading your exe

1) Reflexil and other tools that use Mono.Cecil f*ck up quite a few assemblies. Try to use hex-editor instead.
2) It's possible that cryptoobfuscator has added some integrity checks.
