Need some help or pointed in the right direction

I'm not a programmer I'm a marketer but anyway I had a app developed and the programmer (of course) is know where to be found, so I need to obtain the SC to keep pushing my project. The security is light and .net was used to code it i do know, just from dealing with this program in the past, if anyone is willing to help or point me me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

The code is obfuscated, so that's where my main issue is currently thanks for the reply also, my objective is to strip it down to the source is there anything else i can use to do that or will this do..sorry im a super noob
