Need some help or pointed in the right direction

I'm not a programmer I'm a marketer but anyway I had a app developed and the programmer (of course) is know where to be found, so I need to obtain the SC to keep pushing my project. The security is light and .net was used to code it i do know, just from dealing with this program in the past, if anyone is willing to help or point me me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
