dongle update fails???

Hi,
I have program that runs with dongle,but
first versions work and see dongle
new upgrade of program needs dongle update provided by developer. when I start dongle update nothing happens.
usb trace shows log that somthing is going on, but still no dongle update......
I have sentinel usb superpro/ultrapro key.
where dose it store update soft key?
what conflicts ?

Do you update the original dongle or try to update memory in the emulator? Also, do you update under original OS or under VMWare?

i try update emu .
omly when uninstal emu real dongle works

need the dongle dump and toro log for solutions. may be any1 help you in future...

looks like program has anti emu .
Is there a way to hide reg entrys or hide emu from prog?

Did you fix it?
Did you dump the dongle with PVA3.3 with brute force activated?
Dongle is perhaps equiped with a write password counter and a brute force attack with PVA3.3 will activate the counter so dongle can´t be updated anymore. I think, you can´t solve that by yourself.
You can find out, wether the dongle ist equiped with a write password counter by using the program safedump in dos mode.
