Default Sentinel RMS v8.5.1

Hello,

The medicine done for a software with licensing by Sentinel RMS v8.5.1 has the following instructions:
Disable internet connection, but do not turn of networks interfaces.
Install Sentinel RMS v8.5.1 Server.
(or you may use v8.6.1 from the distributive)
Create the system varyable LSHOST={YOURPCNAME}
Run as admin
\install_Sentinel.RMS.8.5.1.Server\Tools\WlmAdmin. exe
choose 'Subnet Servers' option, find your PC {YOURPCNAME}, right click on it, choose option
'Add Feature -> From File -> to Server and its File' and point to
I am not able to disable internet connection and this instructions to work. I have to be connected to inernet and then in WlmAdmin I am able to find the LSHOST in 'Subnet Servers'
However, if I disconnect from internet, the Subnet Server is not shown.

Please help me: how can I be disconnected from internet but still be able to have this feature?

I am aware that the instructions specify: Disable internet connection, but do not turn of networks interfaces.

I disconnect the ethernet cable, and it does not work. So, how to do this?

Thanks.
