I did search the forum and i tried rongchauas tools (DeReactor), but i still have not managed to deobfuscate it :/

Yes, i read that post by JeRRy, thankyou. however i tried the tool he suggested: Reactor Decryptor v1.1

and when i tried to use it, it displayed this:http://screensnapr.com/v/cdKzQr.png and the program is Reactor .NET protected as i Ran it with Protection ID
PS. the program doesnt open in ollydbg either :/
