[S] up2date tutorial for .NET

Hello.

Im curious about RE of .NET files. I searched the internet and found some (old) tutorials from ~2008. At the moment im able to crack non-obfuscated files with .NET Reflector and Reflexil. But i want to learn more on deobfuscating. I know you can "deobfuscate" files with Simple Assembly Explorer but that sometimes failes.

So... are there some uptodate tutorials???
