Resigning assemblies

Hello,
I understand that this is probably trivial to a lot of people, but could someone perhaps list a step by step guide (including tools used) on how to remove strong names from all the assemblies in a suite, update the references in the manifest) and the resign them again with my own key? (just like this person did here: http://www.reteam.org/board/showpost...71&postcount=3)
