Default help unpacking exe packed with shrinker v3.4

hi,
i am trying to unpack the file (packed with Shrinker v3.4) "enroute4.exe" with deshrink v1.6 but fail with message "E/A-Fehler 131."
I try to dump with ollydump but fail with msg "unable to read memory (04000000-0ad84599)"
please help me

the single exe is useless when debugging... needs other dlls...
unpacking it with olly shouldn't be a big deal since its only an exe packer.

I found it is variant of shrinker shrinker 3.5 and it is challenged to crackers.

It's actually quite simple to unpack. But nobody will bother to download 170MB installer just to unpack one EXE. You need it unpacked, we don't.
