In the bottom of this page, you can ask for free license. Except HASP SRM.
Quote:
Free licensing for these types of keys:
  • All types of keys (except Hasp SRM) for 32-bit operating systems without being tied to the hardware.
  • All types of keys (except Hasp SRM) for 64-bit OS with reference to the equipment.
MultiKey emulator can be freely downloaded on this page.

@lordhaman
You can use Google Translate. Example HERE.
Anyway. The form in the bottom of that page is already translated in english. You only need to fill that fields with your specific data. Personally I received several licenses already.
Look here 100% translated form.

1) V19.1.9, there is no manual. Earlier versions had example reg files. If you go to the Multikey page, a little way down click on the words "the application" and it takes you to some drop down items, one of which is a manual.

2) It asks for the "Answer". In V19 x64 mk archive there is a file GetAnswer.cmd. Run that to get the answer.

Will the license have signed drivers? I downloaded MultiKey 19.1.9 (x86,x64) but the drivers are still unsigned in win7 x64.

Yes really driver multikey.sys isn't signed, but can sign this driver by means of the utility 304_dseo13b.exe, by means of the same utility to translate OS in a test mode and to install the driver. Who is strained strongly by an inscription in right lower to a corner, it is possible to remove it by means of the utility RemoveWatermarkX64.exe

Yes I do understand that I'll have to have the test mode on. That is why I wondered, if I'd buy a license for Multikey, to be able to not to run in test mode all the time... But I guess that even if I buy a Multikey license I will have to have the test mode on all the time in a 64-bit system. That makes makes me hesitant to buy a license since I could use a free version of the Multikey, it will still be the same hassle whatever version I use.
