Cool whoknows NET patcher
The purpose of this utility is to make something like dUP for NET assemblies.
also patches the target and resign it to user machine.
Also you can save and load Projects.

You don't have permission to access /download.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Why I cannot download ???

I checked the internet setting. But I do not found any problem.
Is it because Malaysia Network do not allow the connections-.-?
