From my reading here, {sa} seems to be one of the top obfuscators, however - I seldom see a recommendation on licensing mechanisms. bball, yours was one of the first I've seen. However, DeployLX and {sa} would have quite a bit of overlap. Are there any standalone licensing mechanisms that are recommended?

I've used .NET Reactor in the past for licensing and "protection", and I've since purchased {sa} - however, I'm left with this licensing gap, and I'm looking for suggestions.

SweetZ - not intending to threadjack, just have the same questions as you. ;-)

DeployLX Licensing is a standalone licensing system. If you wanted, I could offer you the latest version for a nice price reduction ... PM me.
