It's really good crackme. It seems that you are trying to prevent decompiling with Reflector by destroying PE Header. I can recover some of them but I still can not fix it so that it can be viewed with Reflector. However here is just for fun.





I can "enable" the button as you request without repairing or reversing anything. .
