Crypkey : How to get sitekey using cKInfo

Hi

can someone give me a hint how to define KeyLevel and KeyOptions?

I'm trying to unlock
PM FASTrack® for the CAPM® Exam v3 (http://www.rmcproject.com/support/do...002_setup.zip).

I have master key and user key. I've generated serial number, but it doesn't work... I suspect that it is because of KeyLevel and KeyOptions as I've left them the same as it was for PM FASTrack PMP - 10 and 0-9. Where to find them?
