Default Crypted license code based on dongle or MAC

Hi!

I'm trying to understand the following target:
http://www.4shared.com/zip/H2XjEmTr/License.html

Basically, it's a license check utility for serial numbers derived from either a dongle's serial number or NIC MAC address. I've already started digging into it (using the NIC method) but somehow I got stuck at the _C and _S functions which seems to decrypt the keycode, checking if it's valid at all and which "features" it may contain.

But I'm not sure if these functions are somehow "false friends" which always lead to nothing...

It would be really great if someone can take a look and maybe give me some hint on this...

Thanks!
