Default What's this kind of protection

Hi! I'm try to decompile this one http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?gi9z5oaevi2ehpu, But look like it using a wrapper protection mechanic, any pointer would be appreciate

[edit] This's a .net application but it show as Win32 app under PEID, it load .net assembly manual in someway.

Okay, i'm new to .net reverse, it's seem this app was protected with .Net Reactor.
