Exclamation Dumping problem in Windows 7 32bit

Hi guys, today I'm facing a problem while dumping a HASP4 dongle on Windows 7 32bit. My HASP driver version is 4.99.5.20. Below is the screen shot from the dumper and the error.

Code:
C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Desktop\Hasp5 Dumper>h5dmp.exe xxxx xxxx

■ Hasp3/Hasp4/Hasp HL dumper. Version 1.40 (public release)
  --------------------------------
    (c) 2005-2006, NoDongle Team
    E-mail: support@nodongle.biz
    Web: http://www.nodongle.biz
  --------------------------------

Error(-10): Dongle not found. Plug dongle, and try again
I already run it under Windows Xp compability but still no success. Is this dumper not compatible with Windows 7? Sorry for the dumb question.
