You can easily find docs about it, manual tutorials and even ollyscripts on the net. Btw noone will make your job.
Google is your friend, you can ask a question for a particular topic or technique.

Thank you all for answering his question... some tell something about this shit: Themida... this is actually something unbelievable... there haven't been a professional to attack and solve the problem with Themida... Guys... please... work on this project... Themida needs to be broken! Crack it!
